1. Identify the strength of your employees and promote it: Intelligence is present in every individual. It is your responsibility as a leader to recognize
what each individual is good.
Imagine you are building a car. Assuming you want to build the best car possible, you’d search out the best individual parts you could get. You see
everything co-exists in the world, so every part sums up into a car. At reason, it is clear that the better the parts, the better the car.
Get great at monitoring the performance of your individual team members. What do they do great? What do they find challenging? Has someone shown a skill that may be suited for another role?

2. Create an environment of growth: As a leader you need to keep yourself updated and upgraded. The degree to which you grow directly affects the
growth of your team.
How many books have you read? What are the new professional skills that you have acquired?
Your constant thriving towards learning reflects a positive attitude for your team.

3. Become a great storyteller: As a leader, you are not a boss. You are a facilitator, a motivator and most important someone who deeply cares for the
success of the employee and the company.
So as a leader you need to develop a coaching environment rather than the one of a controller. The ability to tell great stories inspires your employees and is a great way to plant seeds that will sprout with the best of intentions.
