Mizuyo Matsumoto

Mizuyo was born and raised in Chiba, on the outskirts of Tokyo, Japan. She studied at the Nippon Dental University where she graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
After working as a dentist in Japan for 15 years, she took the leap to move to Siem Reap in Cambodia to help found an international-standard dental clinic there. After two years, and successfully establishing the clinic as the leading international dental practice in the city, she moved on to her current base in Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam to start her next adventure.

Matthias is a seasoned senior executive with 25 years of professional experience. His career includes directorship for 30,000 staff, management in Fortune 500 companies as well as managing SMEs with 10 staff. His experience ranges from consulting, management, directorship to coaching and training.

Jirina Kiatlertpongsa

Jirina graduated from Silpakorn University. She has been Coaching and mentoring new stewardesses at Singapore Airlines is an integral part of her work profile, which encouraged her to complete the Neuro Linguistic Program Master Practitioner Certification program from the American Board of NLP and earn a Coaching Certificate from International Coach Federation.
She possess strong interpersonal skills and is able to build deeper connections with her genuine concern for the well-being of others. She has extensive experience in the hospitality and aviation industry. She has worked with couple to the most respectable airlines in the world, namely Qatar Airways and Singapore Airlines, for over a decade now. She is one of the first few Thai nationals Singapore Airlines promoted to be a lead stewardess.
Being a firm believer in continuous professional development, she has partaken in several leadership training programs with Singapore Airlines. When she is not occupied with creating and writing content on the web, she actively participates in hosting and presenting speeches at Empower Toastmasters Club.
Recently, she successfully facilitated a workshop for final year university students to prepare them for their upcoming interviews.
